When will my order process

Your LN+B order will be processed within 5 working days. This does not include weekends
If you choose a next day delivery option, please note that it is only dispatched once it has been fulfilled.
We aim to dispatch orders once processing starts max 2 days after order processed.
When ordering via a promotion please allow a minimum of 7 days processing.

If I order on a Friday, when will I receive my order?

Orders max 5 days to process, this means your order will be fulfilled no later than the Tuesday

Can I track my order?

Tracking detail will be sent out when your order is dispatched, if you received a dispatch email with no tracking please contact the email below.

Refund Policy

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days for a refund.
Products must be in a brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging.
For authorised refunds, please note this may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
